Buying a new PC

I will be buying a new desktop PC soon, so I'm starting to study what components are out there in the moment, their features, prices, etc.

This is the (short) list of the sites I'm reading to get this kind of information. I will be updating the list as I get to know more interesting sites:

• Passmark CPU Benchmark charts - 10,000+ Systems tested. 300+ CPU Models. Updated daily.
  
• Tom's Hardware - Reviews for CPU's, motherboards, RAM, graphic cards, storage, etc.
  
• "Intel vs. AMD: Today's generation compared" - an article from Tech Report that compares a few AMD and Intel cpu's.
  
• AMD System Building and Compatibility Info - Recommended components for AMD processors.
  
• Tip/Trick: Hard Drive Speed and Visual Studio Performance - Check this (another) great post by Scott Guthrie.
